Shipping

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with the tracking information letting you know it’s on the way. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. 

Note: Payment is captured when your order is placed.

Changes and Cancels

Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to processing. Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. OluKai is not responsible for replacing packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you believe you made an error, please contact customer service to quickly resolve the issue.

Return Policy

We offer returns within 30 days of purchase for items purchased at olukai.com.au. Items must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging and tags. 

Start a new return 

You can return your item for either a refund, store credit or exchange. In the event that your exchange item is out of stock by the time your parcel returns to our warehouse, our customer care team will reach out to you. We may be able to advise when new stock is coming in, or offer an alternative item.
